This project started with a dilapidated ranch-style home. We reimagined the floorplan, expanded the second floor, and updated fixtures and finishes throughout. We kept the color palette neutral with a dinstinctly coastal feel. The result is a refined and sophisticated family home worthy of it's beautiful waterfront location.
